Monica is a color specialist and special events stylist and make-up artist for Pure Spa and Salon. Her background as a buyer for a boutique and as an image consultant led her to work in the hairstyling industry. Monica worked in a prominent dress shop located in the southwest where she helped design evening gowns and assisted clients in coordinating the perfect hairstyle and make-up for their special occasions.

Monica’s specialty is in the “total look.” She offers the complete beauty package with color, cut and make-up. She is also a freelance consultant in special event styling. Her work has been featured on television and in fashion show runways, weddings and beauty pageants.  She is also part of the Artistic Team for the Mavericks Dancers’ Calendar and Poster for 2006-2007.

“My goal as a hair stylist and as a make-up artist is to help my clients not only look gorgeous, but to also feel absolutely beautiful,” says Monica.




How much time do you have to get ready in the morning? Five minutes? An hour? By taking your lifestyle as well as your personal style into consideration, Katie can create a look that works for you. By studying your face shape, eye color, and complextion, she can individualize the perfect cut, color, and make up application that's most flattering to you.

Katie is also great for special events. With her formal training with updos, she's a great choice for any event from weddings to prom. She was the lead make up artist for Mary Minton Designs, so you can trust that she'll make you feel "picture perfect".

Ryan Chambers

"I believe a haircut, or color, or even a blow out can change your mood.  I try to bridge the gap between
just getting your hair done and making you feel beautiful from the inside out.  Anybody can be a blond (as long as its the right shade) but I also think anybody can be a brunette or redhead, too.  I base
hair color on your eye color, because given the season your skin tone can easily change.

I have used the  Schwarzkopf color line for over 13 years, and I have mastered my cutting/coloring/styling techniques by using instinct, and most importantly LISTENING to my client's wants and needs.

I also specialize in Bridal Beauty.  I have many years of experience doing wedding and special occasion hair, as well as fashion shows and photoshoots."

Nail Technician

Linda is a nail technician at Pure Spa and Salon and has been working in the industry for since 2003.  Her interest in this field was sparked for her in high school where she completed a 2 year cosmetology curriculum.   Now a licensed nail technician, she specializes in manicures and pedicures with extensive knowledge of proper sanitation requirements, proper nail care and a host of professional products along with their uses and benefits. 

It's an experience to get your mani and pedi done by Linda.  Not only does she like to make her job fun, she's also a very outgoing and friendly person who wants you to feel comfortable, relaxed, and to overall enjoy your service. You may observe during your time with her how meticulous she is in every aspect of her work. "My goal is to make my clients more then happy when they leave the spa and for them to see that I am not like any other. I will always put in all of my effort and will do the best that I can to provide you with great service. I will not give you a mani or pedi that I would not do to myself. The way I like my hands and feet to look and feel is the way I want all my clients to look and feel.....as PERFECT as it can get! "

Esthetician

Paula started her career as an Esthetician with Pure Spa and Salon and has been licensed since Nov. 2005.
 
Paula specializes in bikini and brazilian waxing. She has done interviews for NBC 5 and Dallas Child Magazine for consumer waxing tips & safety. Paula has also been featured in Allure magazine for Pure Spa and Salons Pure Signature Facial.  She is also known for providing a deeply relaxing service and for educating her clients on proper, effective skin care.
